At Sparkler, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and confirm the return request

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect
  • Sparkler is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
